We understand that due to COVID-19, your travel plans may have changed. We’re here to help if you need to rearrange your Qantas Travel Insurance Cover. Rest assured, if you’re not able to travel and are not using your policy, we can change or refund your policy any time up until the end date of your policy. Please email us at [email protected]. If you have a policy credit please note you now have until 31 March 2022 to use your credit, or request for it to be refunded.
